In 1992, Kelly and her husband were building single-family homes in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties as Pyramid Management Company, LLC. As Project Manager, Kelly wore many hats from purchasing, sales process and investor relations to bringing clients to the closing table.
In 1995, Kelly dissolved Pyramid Management Company and went to work for a national home builder. Kelly sold various products from urban infill townhomes, single-family homes and lifestyle communities to condominiums and luxury single-family homes in different challenging markets. “For the next 17 years, I had the pleasure of working with many talented professionals and three national home builders,” she said.
Through her years of experience, Kelly said it is evident that sales success is the culmination of many talented people’s efforts from acquisition and development to good management. However, it all boils down to one key component: The customer wants to be treated kindly, honestly and fairly, and not like a number in a quarter, or a profit margin for stockholders – an adage that American Properties Realty, Inc. also believes in.

Once Kelly secures the contract, Dana sits down with all our customers helps them with all their selections. The selection process is typically completed in three appointments over a three-week period. “Dana is very important to the process,” Csik noted. “She is here to help our new homeowners through every step of the selections process.”
