Ghosal was one of more than 100 new and prospective buyers who recently attended the Grand Opening at The Jefferson. In Ghosal’s case, she was showing off the community that will become her home later this summer to her mother, Anima Ghosal, also of Edison, and other members of her family.

Ghosal, 29, is a project engineer at the Lockheed-Martin Corp. who is relocating to a job in Newtown, PA. "The value is tremendous," Ghosal said. "The Jefferson is much more affordable than the other complexes I looked at and I love the fitness center, which will allow me to cancel my gym membership, and the pool. No other complex I looked at offered a pool."
