Fall event draws families to see fantastic amenities offered by Matawan's premier condominium community.
The Preserve, American Properties Realty's popular community in Matawan, N.J. recently held a "Fall Fest" to showcase their exceptional amenities, as well as invite people to "fall" for the Preserve at Matawan's model units. The event was held on Sunday, Nov. 8 from noon to 4 p.m. and featured family friendly fun, as both food and beverages were served, while attendees were able to enjoy personal horse drawn carriage rides. First-time homebuyers purchasing at The Preserve will continue to receive the $8,000 tax credit through June 30, 2010, due to the recent extension. The amount of income someone can earn and qualify for the full amount of the credit has also been increased. Single tax filers who earn up to $125,000 a year and joint filers who earn up to $225,000 are eligible for the total credit amount.
Preserve's models include the Bramley model, which was recently reduced in pricing, is a 1,491square-foot two bedroom, two bathroom home and starts at $259,990. This model features an open floor plan, as well as an oversized living room. Their Arlington model, which is an end unit, is a 1,446 square-foot two bedroom, two bathroom home and starts at $269,990. Arlington models feature a formal dining room.
